For business owners who are done playing small and ready to scale.
The hard truth. It's all your fault!
You’re overwhelmed, underpaid, tired of your business running you instead of the other way around. Whether you need more clients, better profits, or your time and sanity back, Frankie will offer great support, but will not cuddle your excuses!
Clarity first. Always.
Before you scale anything, you need to know where you're going. This stage is about defining your ideal business and life, revenue, lifestyle, time off, values, and impact so every decision that follows is intentional, not reactive.
No house stands without footings.
We fix the basics: offers, pricing, messaging, and customer experience. You’ll learn what makes your business truly valuable to others and how to structure it for sustainable growth (not just survival).
Your product should sell itself.
Here we refine your core offer, upsells, and delivery so they’re irresistible, repeatable, and scalable. You’ll build a product suite that solves real problems and keeps customers coming back.
What gets measured gets managed.
We bring clarity to your business finances, set clear targets, and create dashboards that track your key drivers. No more “I think I’m doing okay”, you’ll know exactly where you stand and what’s working.
Marketing isn’t magic. It’s maths and message.
We rebuild your marketing plan around your audience, message, and the right media. From lead generation to nurturing and converting, this is where visibility meets consistency.
Your list is your livelihood.
The final piece is keeping your prospects and customers engaged. The "until they buy or die" approach to relationship-building, turning one-time buyers into loyal advocates.
Here is Karen talking about how the program has helped her and her business. Karen is still a member of the club and growing her business. You should too!

From school dropout to boardroom boss.
Frankie Grit left school at 16 with no qualifications, no clue, and a chip on his shoulder the size of a filing cabinet.
But then he met a manager who saw something more. Someone who challenged him, showed him what leadership looked like.
Fast forward a few years and Frankie wasn’t just climbing the greasy pole, he was greasing it himself and running multi-million pound businesses.
Frankie knows the gut-punch of being a business owner, watching a business he was in charge of, collapse during the energy crisis. But he got back up and started again (the very next week).
These days, he lives in a rambling old farmhouse in Southern Scotland with Mrs Grit (long suffering, still fabulous) and five dogs rescued from Turkey who run the place.
Frankie now helps people just like you to get your business to support your ideal life.
"I knew I wanted to grow. I just didn’t know how.”
When Emma first joined the club, she was at a crossroads.
Her business, EDB Digital, had been ticking along for a couple of years. She had a steady trickle of clients, solid skills in digital marketing, and a good reputation among those who knew her. But she felt stuck. Growth had stalled, her income was capped by low pricing, and she was spending most of her time working in the business instead of on it.
“I knew I wanted to grow. I just didn’t know how. Every week felt like Groundhog Day, same workload, same income, same stress.”
Emma joined the club with a mix of excitement and nerves. She was drawn in by the promise of practical support and a clear path to growth, but worried she’d fall behind or not be ‘ready enough’ to keep up.
But from day one, she showed up.
She committed to the weekly group clinics, where real-world business challenges were broken down and tackled. She leaned into the 1:1 sessions, where we tailored strategies specifically for her situation. She worked through the video content, downloaded the tools, and most importantly, put the work into action.
Even when it felt uncomfortable.
One of the biggest hurdles for Emma was pricing.
Her instinct was to over-deliver and undercharge, a common trap for service based business owners. So when the program challenged her to reframe her offer, double her rates, and start selling from a place of value, she was hesitant.
“I honestly thought people would say no. I was terrified I’d lose the clients I had or worse, that no one new would come in.”
But with accountability baked into the Elevate program, Emma didn’t just think about raising her prices, she did it.
We worked together to reposition her offer so it felt valuable, not just to her but to the people she wanted to serve. She practised her pitch. She tested new messaging. And the first time she sold her new offer at double the old rate, she realised something:
“It wasn’t about charging more. It was about finally believing I was worth it.”
Over the next 6–9 months, everything changed.
“I didn’t just get a better business. I became a better business owner.”
Emma’s now moved into the 1:1 Inner Circle, where she’s focused on accountability, advanced strategy, and making her business scalable. She’s not just reacting to what comes in anymore, she’s leading from the front.
She has more control over her time, more belief in her own abilities, and a solid plan to grow EDB Digital again, on her own terms.
What Emma Would Say to the ‘Old Her’:
“Stop waiting to feel ready. You’ll never be 100% sure. But if you’re willing to show up, listen, ask questions, and implement, even when it’s scary, everything can change.”
